The Evaluation Council of the program “Honoring Compassionate Hearts for the Community 2025” recently held its official session to review, assess, and finalize the list of outstanding individuals to be recognized in 2025. The meeting took place in a highly serious, careful, and responsible atmosphere, fully reflecting the core values the program has upheld since its inception.
Following extensive discussions, detailed dossier reviews, and a formal voting process, the Council officially approved a list of 27 honorees—comprising 11 artists and 16 entrepreneurs—as exemplary individuals to be recognized within the framework of the 2025 program.
This year’s selection was conducted through a process of thorough review, cross-verification, and open, candid discussions. The dossiers were assessed not only based on the scale of charitable activities, but also on their sustainability, social impact, and the sincerity of the individuals’ motivations.
The most consistent shared value among all honorees is their long-term dedication to community work—efforts that are not trend-driven or performative, but sustained and deeply committed over time. Many recipients have quietly contributed for years, closely supporting vulnerable groups such as underprivileged children, the elderly living alone, persons with disabilities, low-income patients, as well as educational, healthcare, and social welfare initiatives in remote and underserved areas.
The Evaluation Council emphasized that the purpose of recognition is not to honor fame or social status, but to acknowledge genuine acts of kindness that create lasting value for society.
Among this year’s honorees, 11 artists from various creative fields were selected by the Council. In addition to their professional achievements, they were recognized for their strong sense of social responsibility and their active engagement in meaningful philanthropic initiatives.
These artists have contributed not only financially but also through their personal credibility, social influence, and direct participation in community programs. Many have founded or maintained long-term charitable funds and initiatives, serving as bridges between society and those in need.
The Council highly valued the consistency of their philanthropic journeys, viewing such commitment as an integral part of their artistic identity and civic responsibility.
Alongside the artists, 16 entrepreneurs were honored this year for their clear commitment to aligning business development with social responsibility. Their community-focused efforts extend beyond short-term charitable campaigns and are instead structured, strategic, and long-term in nature.
Many of these business leaders have dedicated significant resources to education, vocational training, healthcare support, livelihood development, and sustainable community programs. Some are directly involved in project implementation and management, considering social impact an essential measure of business success.
According to the Council, they represent exemplary models of modern entrepreneurship, where economic growth and humanitarian values are not in opposition but mutually reinforcing.
Concluding the session, the Council affirmed that the list of 27 honorees for 2025 reflects a strong consensus and faithfully embodies the spirit of the program “Honoring Compassionate Hearts for the Community.” The recognition is not only a celebration of past contributions but also an encouragement for continued and deeper engagement in community service.
For New Women Magazine, organizing and accompanying this program is part of a long-term commitment to promoting positive values, honoring compassion, and inspiring social responsibility in contemporary society.
The “Honoring Compassionate Hearts for the Community 2025” ceremony will take place on January 17, 2026, at VOH Theater, Ho Chi Minh City.
