This metamorphosis closely mirrors the designer’s own story: a journey of four years and four months dedicated to researching, designing, and crafting a line of handbags that are remarkably flexible and transformative—an area rarely explored in depth by any handbag designer in the world.
Prior to this, Hiente Nguyen had spent more than twenty years studying, collecting, using, and trading luxury handbags. At the same time, he quietly nurtured a dream within the "cocoon": to establish the first and pioneering field of luxury handbag design and craftsmanship in Vietnam. Now, the time has come—the cocoon has matured, and the butterfly is ready to emerge and soar into the world.

This transformative concept within a single handbag design is unprecedented in Vietnam and rarely seen globally in the world of luxury handbag design and craftsmanship. It reflects a groundbreaking creative approach by international designer Hiente Nguyen, based in the Netherlands.
Each piece is 80% handcrafted in Vietnam by skilled artisans, taking approximately 30 to 50 hours per design, including hand-painting. Designed by Hiente Nguyen in the spirit of haute couture, the bags embody both strong artistic value and practical usability.
All bags are structured as soft box bags—easy to use and versatile for many different scenarios. They are fully crafted from genuine leather, from the exterior to the interior lining. Inside, each bag is cold-stamped with the name "Hiente", signifying a design and creation entirely by Hiente Nguyen and his team.
